Learn Beyond Theory. Experience Counselling Psychology in Practice.
Welcome to the IBCC Counselling Psychology Internship Program, a professionally designed practical training initiative by Inner Balance Counselling Centre (IBCC), created for students and aspiring mental health professionals who wish to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world counselling practice.
Many psychology students graduate with substantial theoretical knowledge but limited practical exposure. At IBCC, we aim to provide a structured learning environment where participants can develop counselling skills, professional confidence, ethical awareness, and practical understanding of counselling psychology through experiential learning.
Our internship program is designed to help participants understand how psychological concepts, counselling approaches, and professional skills are applied in real-life situations.
