Meditation is a simple yet powerful practice that helps calm the mind, improve focus, and create inner peace. It involves techniques such as mindful breathing, awareness, and relaxation that train the mind to stay present, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Meditation is suitable for all age groups and lifestyles and can be practiced anywhere, anytime.

🌿 Meditation Teaching Structure (3-Level Program)
 

1. Foundation Program (Base Program)
 

Purpose: Body–breath awareness & nervous system calming

Mode: Individual – Online / Offline
Session Duration: 40 minutes per session
Total Sessions: 8 sessions
Weekly Schedule: 2 days/week (Saturday & Sunday) or continuous 8 days.
Program Timeline: 30 days

 

Fees:

  • Offline: ₹1,000 per person, per month

  • Online: ₹800 per person, per month
     

What You Will Learn:

  1. Basic Breathing Exercises (2 techniques)

  2. Anulom Vilom Pranayama

  3. Kapalbhati

  4. Bhastrika

  5. Bhramari

Recommended Time Slot:

  • 7:00 – 8:00 AM

  • Per Batch 20 people only.
     

2. Deepening Program (Moderate Program)

Purpose: Mind training, emotional regulation & mental clarity

Mode: Individual – Online / Offline
Session Duration: 45 minutes per session
Weekly Schedule: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)
Total Duration: 30 days
Program Timeline: 45 days (including breaks & integration)

 

Fees:

  • Offline: ₹12,000 per person, per month

  • Online: ₹8,000 per person, per month
     

What You Will Learn:
 

  1. Mantra Meditation

  2. Transcendental Meditation

  3. Anulom Vilom Pranayama

  4. Kapalbhati

  5. Bhastrika

  6. Bhramari

  7. Nadi Shodhana (similar yet different from Anulom Vilom)

Recommended Time Slot:

  • 8:00 – 9:00 AM

  • Per Batch 4 people only.
     

3. Mastery Program (Advanced FULL Program)
 

Purpose: Inner transformation, awareness, and long-term lifestyle shift

Mode: Individual – Online / Offline
Session Duration: 60 minutes per session
Weekly Schedule: 7 days/week (Monday to Sunday)
Active Practice Duration: 75 days
Program Timeline: 90 days

Note: One to One Program as a VIP batch. per batch, one person only.

Fees:

  • Offline: ₹30,000 per person, per month

  • Online: ₹25,000 per person, per month
     

Family Plan Available:

  • Maximum 5 members from one family allowed under the same fee structure

1. Program Structure & Duration:

  • Structure and Duration is as mentioned above in program details.

2. Fees & Mode of Session:

  • Online Program Fee: As mentioned above.

  • Offline Program Fee: As mentioned above.

  • Offline sessions will be conducted at the learner’s place only.

Once the mode (Online / Offline) is selected, it cannot be changed for the entire duration.

3. Family Participation Policy:

  • In the given fee, up to 5 family members can participate (Under the VIP Program only).

  • If more than 6 family members wish to join, additional charges will apply per person.

  • Family members must attend sessions together as a group.
     

4. Demo Policy:
 

  • 2 days demo sessions are available.

  • If a family is enrolling, the demo will be given to the family as a group, not individually.

  • Demo is provided to different individuals / families, but not repeatedly to the same family members.
     

5. Method Selection Policy:
 

  • From all the meditation methods mentioned on the website, only one method will be practiced per individual during the program.

  • Method once selected will not be changed during the program period.
     

6. Batch & Attendance Policy:
 

  • Batch allocation will be done based on availability.

  • Change of batch timing is subject to availability and management discretion.

  • Regular attendance is expected for best results.
     

7. Fee Payment & Refund Policy:
 

  • Fees are to be paid in advance.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Missed sessions will not be adjusted or refunded.
     

8. Discipline & Conduct:
 

  • Participants are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality and respectful behaviour during sessions.

  • Any disruptive behaviour may lead to discontinuation of sessions without refund.
     

9. Results Disclaimer:
 

  • Meditation is a self-growth and wellness practice.

  • Results may vary from person to person.

  • No guaranteed outcomes or medical claims are made.
     

10. Management Rights:
 

  • The centre reserves the right to modify batch schedules, session structure or policies if required, with prior notice.

  • Admission may be refused or cancelled if terms are violated.
