Session Types & Fee Structure:

A. Centre Sessions (Offline / Online)

Fee Range: ₹500 per person, per session

• ₹500 per person, per session – Available during centre hours
• Duration: 30 Minutes
• Timings: Between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Mode: Offline at Centre / Online (Video Session)
Booking: Prior appointment required

B. Home Visit Meditation Session

Fee: ₹3000 per session

• Duration: 60 Minutes (1 Hour)
• Participants: Up to 6 family members included
• Mode: Offline only (at your residence)
Time: As per prior appointment

Special Offer: Only ₹1000 per 60-minute session for Existing Clients and Their Families.

Terms & Conditions – Meditation Program:

Demo Session Policy:

• 2 Demo Sessions may be provided to new participants.
• If a family enrolls, demo sessions will be given to the family together, not individually.
• Demo sessions may be offered to different individuals or families, but not repeatedly to the same members.


Batch Allocation & Attendance Policy:

• Batch allocation will be based on availability and scheduling.
• Requests to change batch timings are subject to availability.
• Regular attendance is strongly recommended for best learning and results.
• Participants are expected to arrive on time for sessions.


Fee Payment Policy:

• Fees must be paid in advance before the session or batch begins.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Missed sessions will not be refunded or adjusted.


Discipline & Conduct:

Participants are expected to maintain:
• Punctuality
• Respectful behaviour
• Silence during meditation practices
• A positive learning environment


The centre reserves the right to discontinue sessions of participants showing disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

Health & Safety Disclaimer:

• Meditation and pranayama practices are wellness and self-development techniques.
• They are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
• Participants with serious medical conditions, breathing disorders or psychiatric concerns should consult their doctor before practicing.

• Meditation results vary from person to person depending on consistency and personal practice.

Management Rights:

The centre reserves the right to:
• Modify session structure or schedules if necessary
• Update policies and fee structure with prior notice
• Refuse or cancel admission if terms and discipline policies are violated

• Participants are requested to confirm availability before visiting the centre.

Duration: Up to 6 Months
Practice Frequency: 3 Sessions per Week.

Meditation and Yoga are not just courses but lifelong journeys of inner growth and awareness. Therefore, this program does not have a fixed duration. Participants are encouraged to continue the practice as part of their daily life. However, to develop a strong habit and experience deeper positive changes, a consistent practice of up to 6 months is generally recommended.
