7. Digital Privacy: Online communication (calls/messages) is kept secure; no data is shared with third-party apps.

8. No Recording Policy: Sessions are not recorded unless the client gives explicit permission.

9. Right to Access: Clients can request their counselling records (if any) and reports anytime.

10. Right to Withdraw: Clients can ask to delete or discontinue their records from our system.

11. Minimal Data Collection: We collect only necessary details like name, contact, and concerns for counselling purposes.

12. Policy Updates: Any changes to our privacy policy will be communicated to clients in advance.
