Refund Policy 

📄 Refund Policy (Inner Balance Counselling Centre)

1.      No Refund After Session Completion:
Once a counselling session is completed, refund is not applicable under any circumstance.

2.      Advance Payment Refund:
Advance payments for sessions are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

​

3.      Late Cancellation:
If the client cancels within 2 hours of the session time, no refund will be provided.

​

4.      No Show Policy:
If the client does not attend the session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

​

5.      Package Refunds:
For multiple-session packages, refund is offered only for unused sessions and only if requested within the first session.

​

6.      Technical Issues:
In case of any technical issue from the counsellor’s side, the remaining session time will be rescheduled without any extra charges.

​

7.      Mode of Refund:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

​

8.      Non-Transferable:
Payments cannot be transferred to another person.

​

9.      Centre Rights:
The centre holds the right to refuse or cancel services if a client violates ethical boundaries. Refund in such cases will follow the above rules.
