Welcome to Inner Balance Counselling Centre. By taking counselling services from us (online or offline), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Counselling Purpose:
 

Counselling sessions are meant for emotional support, guidance, and personal growth.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.
 

2. Confidentiality:
 

Everything shared in sessions stays confidential, except in situations where:

  • There is risk of self-harm or harm to others

  • Child abuse, elder abuse, or threats of violence

  • Court/legal orders
     

3. Appointment Scheduling:
 

Sessions are available only through prior appointment.
We request clients to be punctual.
 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
 

  • Please inform at least 4 hours before session time.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
     

5. Fees & Payments:
 

  • Fee must be paid before or at the beginning of the session.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable apart from exceptional cases.
     

6. Online Sessions:
 

For online sessions, ensure:

  • Stable internet

  • Quiet & private space

  • We are not responsible for connectivity issues from the client’s side.

  • There may rarely be an internet connectivity issue from our end. If such a situation occurs, we will compensate you for the remaining session time.

7. Scope of Service:
 

We offer counselling support.
We do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Medical diagnosis

  • Medication prescriptions
     

8. Behaviour & Respect:
 

Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may lead to termination of services. In case of such behaviour no refund shell be provided.
 

9. Emergency Situations:
 

Counselling is not for emergency situations.
In case of crisis, please contact:

  • Nearest hospital

  • Emergency helpline 112

  • Suicide helpline from your end.
     

10. Professional Boundaries:

Counsellor and client must maintain healthy professional boundaries at all times.

​

11. Records & Data:

​

We may maintain confidential notes for quality services.
These will not be shared without consent unless legally required.

12. Consent:

​

By attending our sessions, you agree that:

  • You are taking counselling voluntarily

  • You understand the nature & limitations of counselling

  • You agree to the overall Terms & Conditions mentioned.

📄 Terms & Conditions (Inner Balance Counselling Centre):-
 

1. Appointment Requirement:

All counselling sessions are provided strictly on a prior appointment basis.

2. Punctuality:

Clients are expected to join sessions on time. Delay from the client’s side will not extend the session duration (if another session is scheduled).

 

3. Confidentiality:
All information shared during sessions is kept confidential except in cases of risk to self, others, or if legally required.
 

4. Authentic Information:
Clients must provide accurate personal information and history to ensure effective counselling.


5. Professional Boundaries:
Counsellors maintain ethical boundaries; no inappropriate communication or behaviour will be accepted from either party.
 

6. Respectful Environment:
Both client and counsellor must maintain mutual respect during all interactions.
 

7. Session Recording:
Recording of sessions (audio/video) is strictly prohibited without written consent from the centre.
 

8. Cancellation Policy:
Clients must inform at least 4 hours in advance if they wish to reschedule or cancel a session.
 

9. Emergency Disclaimer:
Counselling sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric emergency services. In crisis situations, clients must contact emergency services.

10. Therapeutic Progress:
Results may vary based on client participation and commitment; no guaranteed outcomes are promised.
 

11. Use of Services:
Services must be used for personal support only, not for legal evidence, court cases, or third-party disputes.

​

12. Policy Updates:
Inner Balance Counselling Centre reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions anytime.

​

13. In situations involving suicidal ideation, self-harm risk, or threats communicated by the client through any medium, the counsellor reserves the right to inform family members or relevant legal authorities to ensure the client’s safety. Confidentiality may be breached only under these exceptional circumstances.
 

14. If a client steals, damages, or intentionally mishandles any property belonging to the centre, appropriate legal action may be taken as per applicable laws, and the client will be responsible for all associated charges.
 

15. Clients must maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times. Any form of inappropriate, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward the counsellor or centre staff will not be tolerated. Such conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund. If necessary, the matter may also be reported to family members or legal authorities.
 

16. All clients — including children, adolescents, adults, senior citizens, and individuals with any physical, cognitive, or developmental disability — are welcomed at the centre and treated with dignity, equality, and utmost respect.

17. In cases where the client’s concerns require medical evaluation, medication, or specialised psychiatric support, the case may be referred to a licensed psychiatrist for further assessment.

Course Duration, Content Release & Lifetime Access Policy

 

​​

Parenting 100% is a comprehensive learning program consisting of approximately 240 learning sessions/videos. The program is designed around the concept of one learning session per day, which is why the estimated learning duration is mentioned as 240 days.

However, participants should note that the duration mentioned is intended as a recommended learning journey and not a strict completion deadline.

Content Upload Schedule

​

Course videos may be uploaded:

  • Daily,

  • Every few days,

  • Weekly, or

  • According to the academic and operational schedule of the centre.
     

There may be occasions when new content is not uploaded due to holidays, centre closures, administrative requirements, technical reasons, or other operational circumstances.

Learning Over Deadline

​

The primary objective of this program is meaningful learning, understanding, observation, reflection, and practical application of parenting principles, rather than merely completing videos within a specific number of days.

Participants are encouraged to:

  • Learn at their own pace.

  • Reflect upon the concepts taught.

  • Apply the learning in real-life parenting situations.

  • Observe behavioural patterns in themselves, their children, family members, and people around them.

  • Develop stronger relationships with themselves and others through the understanding gained from the course.

Access Period

​

While the structured learning path is designed around 240 days, and a reference period of 365 days may be used for planning and support purposes, there is currently no fixed deadline for course completion.
 

All course materials and videos made available to participants shall remain accessible for lifetime access, subject to the continued operation and availability of the learning platform and course services.

Important Clarification

​

The course duration should not be interpreted as a guarantee that all videos will be uploaded within exactly 240 days or 365 days. The duration represents the intended learning structure of the program. The actual release schedule may vary based on operational requirements, while participants will continue to retain access to the content made available to them.


Parenting Classes

Our Parenting Guidance Program is designed to help parents better understand their child's emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental needs. Through personalized one-on-one sessions, parents learn practical strategies for effective communication, positive discipline, emotional support, and healthy habit formation. The program focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship while addressing real-life parenting challenges. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the family, helping parents build confidence and create a nurturing environment for their child's growth and well-being.


 

Fee: 9,999/- INR, per parent(s), per month

 

  • 30-day Parenting Guidance Program

  • 1-1 session, as per your convenient time, subject to prior booking.

  • Session duration 45 minutes, 15 minutes buffer

OFFER OVERVIEW & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(Effective from 05 MAY 2026 – Tuesday)
 

1. Offer Overview
 

Under the new fee structure, a paid counselling plan not only provides counselling support for the Primary Client, but also activates additional complimentary counselling sessions for family members or individuals referred by the client.

Paid Counselling Plans
 

A. Standard Counselling Plan

  • ₹1500 = 60 Minutes Paid Session

  • Includes:

    • 3 sessions for the Primary Client

    • 10 complimentary sessions for Referred Individuals

B. Extended Counselling Plan

  • ₹2000 = 120 Minutes Paid Session

  • Includes:

    • 3 sessions for the Primary Client

    • 10 complimentary sessions for Referred Individuals
       

The complimentary benefits remain the same in both plans.
 

Under one active plan, a total of up to 13 counselling sessions may be conducted:

  • 3 sessions for the Primary Client

  • 10 sessions for Referred Individuals
     

The 10 complimentary sessions may be distributed among a maximum of 5 referred individuals only, where each referred individual may receive a maximum of 2 sessions.

Referred individuals may include:

  • Family members

  • Friends

  • Colleagues

  • Relatives

  • Or any individuals designated by the Primary Client
     

This structure is designed to make counselling support more accessible not only for individuals, but also for the emotional support system surrounding them.
 

2. Session Structure & Duration
 

Primary Client Sessions

  • Each Primary Client session will be:

    • 45 minutes counselling

    • +15 minutes buffer/support time

  • Total considered duration:

    • 60 Minutes per session

Complimentary Referred Sessions

  • Each complimentary referred session will also follow:

    • 45 minutes counselling

    • +15 minutes buffer/support time

  • Total considered duration:

    • 60 Minutes per session
       

Sessions may be conducted:

  • Online

  • Offline

  • Audio Call

  • Video Call
     

Subject to professional suitability and appointment availability.
 

3. Validity & Activation Rules
 

All sessions — including Primary Client sessions and Referred sessions — must be utilized within 30 days from the date of the latest paid session.

Any unused sessions after 30 days will automatically expire and will not be carried forward.

Upon taking the next paid session:
 

  • A fresh set of:

    • 3 Primary Client sessions

    • and 10 complimentary referred sessions
      will be activated again with a new 30-day validity period.
       

Unused sessions from the previous plan will automatically lapse upon activation of the new paid session.
 

4. Referred Session Rules
 

  • A maximum of 5 referred individuals may be added under one active plan.

  • Each referred individual may receive a maximum of 2 sessions only.

  • The Primary Client cannot use the 10 complimentary referred sessions for themselves.

  • Referred individuals are not eligible to further refer others under this offer.

  • Complimentary sessions cannot be converted into cash, discounts, transfers, or adjustments.

  • This offer cannot be clubbed, combined, or merged with any other offer, discount, promotional scheme, or complimentary benefit
     

5. Booking & Appointment Policy
 

  • All sessions are strictly subject to prior appointment and slot availability.

  • Advance booking is recommended at least one day prior.

  • Emergency or urgent sessions may be accommodated depending on availability.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice may be considered utilized sessions.
     

6. Registration & Client ID
 

Registration for referred sessions must be completed through the Primary Client.

The following details may be required:

  • Name

  • Age

  • Gender

  • Contact Number
     

All referred individuals will remain linked under the same Client ID for management and tracking purposes.
 

A Client ID will be issued to maintain counselling records and session tracking efficiently.
 

7. Continuation of Benefits
 

If any referred individual chooses to begin independent counselling through their own paid session, they may do so voluntarily.

Upon taking their own paid session, they will become eligible for:

  • 3 personal sessions

  • plus 10 complimentary referred sessions
    under their own Client ID and validity period.
     

8. Referral Restriction (Important)
 

  • The same individual cannot receive complimentary sessions under multiple Client IDs simultaneously or repeatedly.

  • Two or more paid clients cannot repeatedly refer the same individual under this offer.

  • Each referred individual is eligible only under one active Client ID at a time.

  • Duplicate, repeated, manipulated, or misleading referrals may be declined without prior notice.
     

The Centre reserves the right to verify and refuse duplicate referrals in both online and offline modes.
 

9. Support Ecosystem Model
 

Paid Sessions = Personal Support

Complimentary Sessions = Family & Social Support

With every paid counselling plan:

  • The Primary Client receives personal counselling support

  • While additional complimentary sessions become available for people connected to them
     

The purpose of this structure is to help create:

  • healthier communication,

  • emotional awareness,

  • supportive family environments,

  • and stronger social support systems around the client.
     

10. Effective Date & Policy Updates
 

  • This fee structure is effective from:

    05 MAY 2026 (Tuesday)

  • All previous fee structures stand discontinued from the effective date.

  • Terms, benefits, structure, validity, and policies may be modified, updated, suspended, or revoked at any time without prior notice.

  • Any important updates may be communicated through:

    • WhatsApp

    • Email

    • Website updates

    • Or other official communication channels.

 

 

The Centre reserves the right to verify and decline duplicate or repeated referrals of the same individual under different Client IDs even if offline or online.

नई फीस संरचना के अंतर्गत पेड काउंसलिंग प्लान केवल मुख्य क्लाइंट (Primary Client) को ही काउंसलिंग सहायता प्रदान नहीं करता, बल्कि उनके द्वारा रेफर किए गए लोगों के लिए भी अतिरिक्त निःशुल्क काउंसलिंग सत्र सक्रिय करता है।
 

पेड काउंसलिंग प्लान
 

A. स्टैंडर्ड काउंसलिंग प्लान

  • ₹1500 = 60 मिनट का पेड सत्र

  • इसमें शामिल हैं:

    • मुख्य क्लाइंट के लिए 3 सत्र

    • रेफर किए गए व्यक्तियों के लिए 10 निःशुल्क सत्र

B. एक्सटेंडेड काउंसलिंग प्लान

  • ₹2000 = 120 मिनट का पेड सत्र

  • इसमें शामिल हैं:

    • मुख्य क्लाइंट के लिए 3 सत्र

    • रेफर किए गए व्यक्तियों के लिए 10 निःशुल्क सत्र
       

दोनों प्लान में निःशुल्क लाभ समान रहेंगे।
 

एक सक्रिय प्लान के अंतर्गत कुल मिलाकर अधिकतम 13 काउंसलिंग सत्र लिए जा सकते हैं:

  • मुख्य क्लाइंट के लिए 3 सत्र

  • रेफर किए गए व्यक्तियों के लिए 10 सत्र

ये 10 निःशुल्क सत्र अधिकतम 5 रेफर किए गए व्यक्तियों में बाँटे जा सकते हैं, जिसमें प्रत्येक व्यक्ति अधिकतम 2 सत्र ही प्राप्त कर सकेगा।

रेफर किए गए व्यक्तियों में शामिल हो सकते हैं:

  • परिवार के सदस्य

  • मित्र

  • सहकर्मी

  • रिश्तेदार

  • अथवा मुख्य क्लाइंट द्वारा नामित अन्य व्यक्ति

इस संरचना का उद्देश्य काउंसलिंग सहायता को केवल व्यक्ति तक सीमित न रखकर, पूरे परिवार एवं सामाजिक सहयोग तंत्र तक अधिक सुलभ बनाना है।
 

2. सत्र संरचना एवं अवधि
 

मुख्य क्लाइंट सत्र

प्रत्येक मुख्य क्लाइंट सत्र में शामिल होगा:

  • 45 मिनट काउंसलिंग

  • +15 मिनट बफर / सपोर्ट समय

कुल अवधि:

  • 60 मिनट प्रति सत्र

निःशुल्क रेफर सत्र

प्रत्येक निःशुल्क रेफर सत्र में भी शामिल होगा:

  • 45 मिनट काउंसलिंग

  • +15 मिनट बफर / सपोर्ट समय

कुल अवधि:

  • 60 मिनट प्रति सत्र
     

सत्र निम्न माध्यमों से लिए जा सकते हैं:

  • ऑनलाइन

  • ऑफलाइन

  • ऑडियो कॉल

  • वीडियो कॉल
     

यह पेशेवर उपयुक्तता एवं स्लॉट उपलब्धता पर निर्भर करेगा।
 

3. वैधता एवं सक्रियण नियम
 

मुख्य क्लाइंट तथा रेफर किए गए व्यक्तियों के सभी सत्र अंतिम पेड सत्र की तिथि से 30 दिनों के भीतर उपयोग करना अनिवार्य होगा।

30 दिनों के बाद उपयोग न किए गए सभी सत्र स्वतः समाप्त हो जाएंगे तथा आगे Carry Forward नहीं किए जाएंगे।

अगला पेड सत्र लेने पर:

  • मुख्य क्लाइंट के लिए पुनः 3 सत्र

  • तथा रेफर व्यक्तियों के लिए 10 निःशुल्क सत्र

नई 30 दिनों की वैधता के साथ पुनः सक्रिय हो जाएंगे।

पिछले प्लान के बचे हुए सत्र नए प्लान में स्थानांतरित (Carry Forward) नहीं होंगे तथा स्वतः समाप्त माने जाएंगे।
 

4. रेफर सत्र नियम
 

  • एक सक्रिय प्लान के अंतर्गत अधिकतम 5 रेफर व्यक्ति जोड़े जा सकते हैं।

  • प्रत्येक रेफर व्यक्ति अधिकतम 2 सत्र ही प्राप्त कर सकेगा।

  • मुख्य क्लाइंट स्वयं रेफर वाले 10 निःशुल्क सत्रों का उपयोग नहीं कर सकते।

  • रेफर किए गए व्यक्ति इस ऑफर के अंतर्गत आगे किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को रेफर करने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

  • निःशुल्क सत्रों को नकद, डिस्काउंट, ट्रांसफर अथवा अन्य समायोजन में परिवर्तित नहीं किया जा सकता।

  • यह ऑफर किसी अन्य ऑफर, डिस्काउंट, प्रमोशनल योजना अथवा अन्य निःशुल्क लाभ के साथ जोड़ा (Club) नहीं जा सकेगा।
     

5. बुकिंग एवं अपॉइंटमेंट नीति
 

  • सभी सत्र पूर्व अपॉइंटमेंट एवं स्लॉट उपलब्धता के अनुसार ही होंगे।

  • कम से कम एक दिन पूर्व बुकिंग करना उचित रहेगा।

  • आपातकालीन अथवा अत्यावश्यक सत्र उपलब्धता के अनुसार समायोजित किए जा सकते हैं।

  • बिना पूर्व सूचना अनुपस्थित रहने पर सत्र को उपयोग किया गया माना जा सकता है।
     

6. रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं क्लाइंट आईडी
 

रेफर सत्रों का रजिस्ट्रेशन मुख्य क्लाइंट के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

निम्न विवरण आवश्यक हो सकते हैं:

  • नाम

  • आयु

  • लिंग

  • संपर्क नंबर

सभी रेफर व्यक्ति एक ही Client ID के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत रहेंगे ताकि रिकॉर्ड एवं सत्र प्रबंधन व्यवस्थित रूप से किया जा सके।

सत्र ट्रैकिंग एवं रिकॉर्ड प्रबंधन हेतु एक Client ID जारी की जाएगी।
 

7. लाभों की निरंतरता
 

यदि कोई रेफर व्यक्ति स्वयं का स्वतंत्र पेड काउंसलिंग सत्र लेना चाहता है, तो वह ऐसा कर सकता है।

अपना पेड सत्र लेने पर वह अपने स्वयं के Client ID के अंतर्गत निम्न लाभों का पात्र होगा:

  • 3 व्यक्तिगत सत्र

  • तथा 10 निःशुल्क रेफर सत्र

नई वैधता अवधि के साथ।
 

8. रेफरल प्रतिबंध (महत्वपूर्ण)
 

  • एक ही व्यक्ति एक से अधिक Client ID के अंतर्गत बार-बार निःशुल्क सत्र प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता।

  • दो या अधिक पेड क्लाइंट एक ही व्यक्ति को बार-बार इस ऑफर के अंतर्गत रेफर नहीं कर सकते।

  • प्रत्येक रेफर व्यक्ति एक समय में केवल एक सक्रिय Client ID के अंतर्गत ही पात्र होगा।

  • डुप्लीकेट, भ्रामक अथवा अनुचित रेफरल बिना पूर्व सूचना अस्वीकार किए जा सकते हैं।

सेंटर को ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन दोनों माध्यमों में डुप्लीकेट रेफरल सत्यापित एवं अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रहेगा।
 

9. सपोर्ट इकोसिस्टम मॉडल

प्रत्येक पेड काउंसलिंग प्लान के साथ:

  • मुख्य क्लाइंट को व्यक्तिगत काउंसलिंग सहायता प्राप्त होगी

  • जबकि उनके आसपास जुड़े लोगों के लिए अतिरिक्त निःशुल्क सत्र उपलब्ध होंगे

इस संरचना का उद्देश्य:

  • बेहतर संवाद,

  • भावनात्मक जागरूकता,

  • सहयोगी पारिवारिक वातावरण,

  • तथा मजबूत सामाजिक समर्थन तंत्र विकसित करना है।
     

10. प्रभावी तिथि एवं नीति अपडेट
 

  • यह फीस संरचना:

    05 मई 2026 (मंगलवार)

    से प्रभावी होगी।

  • प्रभावी तिथि से सभी पूर्व फीस संरचनाएँ समाप्त मानी जाएँगी।

  • नियम, लाभ, संरचना, वैधता एवं नीतियाँ किसी भी समय बिना पूर्व सूचना संशोधित, परिवर्तित, स्थगित अथवा समाप्त की जा सकती हैं।

  • महत्वपूर्ण अपडेट निम्न माध्यमों से साझा किए जा सकते हैं:

    • WhatsApp

    • Email

    • Website Updates

    • अथवा अन्य आधिकारिक माध्यम।

• केंद्र को यह अधिकार सुरक्षित है कि वह एक ही व्यक्ति के बार-बार या डुप्लिकेट रेफरल (चाहे ऑनलाइन हो या ऑफलाइन) को सत्यापित कर आवश्यकतानुसार अस्वीकार कर सके।

Special Counselling Support for Police Personnel

                                                 

We are pleased to introduce a special counselling support initiative for police personnel.

All individuals who are actively serving in police service, at any post, age, or gender, can avail counselling at a highly subsidized fee: (Offline & Online both)

₹250 per session (60 minutes) (45 minutes session + 15 minutes buffer) / ₹400 for 2 hours

This initiative is dedicated to supporting the mental well-being of those serving in police duties.

Valid only for actively serving police personnel. Proof of service must be required.

Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
 

  1. The purpose of this Referral Program is to increase awareness about counselling services and make professional counselling accessible to people from every corner of the city and country.

  2. To claim referral benefits, the referrer or the referred client must inform us of the referral relationship by providing the referrer’s name and phone number before or during the first paid session.

  3. Referral rewards are applicable only for paid sessions conducted under the ₹1500 and ₹799 fee structures.

  4. Referral rewards are not applicable for Senior Citizen Offers, complimentary sessions, discounted promotional offers, or any other special programs unless specifically mentioned.

  5. Under the ₹1500 fee structure, clients may be eligible for complimentary counselling sessions for their referred individuals. Referral rewards will not be applicable on such complimentary sessions.

  6. Referral rewards will be provided only for paid sessions completed by the referred client.

  7. If a referred client returns for future paid sessions, referral rewards may continue to be provided to the original referrer, even if the referrer is not actively involved in scheduling those future sessions.

  8. Referral rewards will be transferred directly to the UPI ID, mobile number, or QR-linked account provided by the referrer.

  9. No cash payments will be made under this Referral Program.

  10. The referral reward amount and fee structures may be revised, increased, reduced, modified, or updated at any time based on the performance and requirements of the program.

  11. Inner Balance Counselling Centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time. However, all valid and pending referral dues accrued before such discontinuation will be honored and cleared.

  12. Referral rewards will be processed only after successful payment and completion of the eligible paid session by the referred client.

  13. Self-referrals are not permitted. A person cannot refer themselves using another contact number or account.

  14. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, false referrals, duplicate registrations, or attempts to manipulate the program may result in disqualification from the Referral Program without prior notice.

  15. Participation in this Referral Program constitutes acceptance of all current Terms & Conditions and any future updates made by Inner Balance Counselling Centre.

  16. The decision of Inner Balance Counselling Centre regarding referral eligibility, reward payments, disputes, and program administration shall be final.
