FREE/Complimentary Support Sessions

Our program is designed to closely work with families, ensuring we build strong partnerships. We collaborate by listening to each family's unique needs, tailoring our approache, and providing personalized support. By working hand-hand, we create a safe, nurturing environment where everyone can thrive together.

How does it work...?

1. After Client completes a paid session, they have 30 days to access two free follow-up sessions.
2. The same family member can take both sessions, or two different immediate family members can each take one session.
3. However, these two free sessions must be used within 30 days of last paid session of client.

4. If there are two clients from the same family, they will still receive only one free session in total, used twice for the family, within 30-day period.
5. Session will only be for 60 minutes.
6. Session will only be applicable for "Immediate household family members or Core Family Members", with whom client lives, has spent a significant amount of time, and with whom they have a long-term relationship. External connections-such as school, college, or other social circles or acquaintances-are not part of this process.

7. If the client's session is completed today, and the next session is scheduled for tomorrow, it is entirely dependent on the availability of time slots.
8. If no family member is available, or if no slot can be provided, those free sessions will not be counted.
9. This is a complimentary benefit, so it is not guaranteed; it is only provided if a slot is available.
10. The two free sessions must still occur between the two paid sessions, but only if a time slot is given.

11. If the client provides written permission and formally assigns someone as a family member, even if that person is not originally part of the immediate household, this can be done with the client’s written approval only.
12. Written communication must be sent via email, along with a signed and dated handwritten document attached to the same email, or submitted as a signed and dated physical document when meeting in person. 
The client must also specify the reason for assigning this person as a family member.
13. The process and sessions may be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.

14. All changes to Terms & Conditions are entirely at the discretion of the Inner Balance Counselling Centre.
